Carson Lauderdale
Trained in architecture and civil engineering. I put it to work helping people shape the built world, and solve the problems in between.
About
I'm from Midland, Texas, and studied Architecture and Civil Engineering at Texas Tech. I believe the tools of this work will keep changing, but the people it serves won't. Good buildings still start with how someone wants to live, work and gather. Growing up in Midland, I've also seen how much runs on energy and the projects that support it, and I'm glad to help on either side.
In school I started Lauderdale Studio on the side and kept it running with tools I built for myself, using AI to draft faster, research code and handle the back office: proposals, invoices, email. That tinkering is most of how I got here. It became Strumode, where I set up the same systems for other firms and builders.
Today I'm working toward my PE and architecture licenses, and toward building Lauderdale Studio into a firm respected well beyond Texas.
